2.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their login details (username and password) confidential. No third party may be given access to the account. Any unauthorised access must be reported to the babu 999 support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on their account.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

babu 999 may at any time request documents to verify a user's age and identity, such as a copy of a national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of the verification process.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The babu 999 welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, and to withdraw the bonus you must place ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Other Promotional Bonuses

babu 999 offers various regular promotional offers, including weekly reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses, and sports bonuses. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period. It is not possible to use more than one bonus at the same time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If multiple accounts are created, false information is provided, or any manipulation is used with the intent of claiming bonuses, the relevant bonus and winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance and Rejection of Bets

babu 999 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. If a technical error, incorrect odds display, or unusual betting pattern is detected, the relevant bet may be voided.

6.2 Match Cancellation and Postponement

If an event is cancelled or not completed within the specified time, the relevant bet will be voided and the original stake returned. For live betting, in-play bet rules apply. If any selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.

6.3 Result Confirmation

Bets will be settled based on the official results of the recognised sports authority. In the event of any dispute, the decision of babu 999 is final.

Casino Game Rules

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error or system disruption, babu 999 will attempt to refund the bet for that round.
